After 14 years of destruction, many families are still trying to survive in unrepaired homes, damaged buildings, or temporary shelters. Cold, rain, and strong winds pass through unprotected walls, leaving children and elderly people among the most vulnerable.
In areas where access to basic needs remains limited, families face serious difficulties in obtaining the clothing, blankets, and heating they need to endure the winter.
